Registration

Hola a tothom;
Nosaltres vam participar el curs passat en la sortida i va estar molt i molt bé. Per això esperàvem amb ganes la d’aquest curs, però com que coincideix amb la competició de bàsquet de les extraescolars (que també esperen el nostre fill i els seus companys/es amb molta il·lusió), haurem de triar entre una de les dues opcions.
Atès que el calendari d’aquestes competicions no el fixa l’AMPA ni l’escola, perquè hi participen altres escoles, segurament es podria haver fixat l’excursió, que només depèn de la comunitat del Pere IV, un altre dia. En tot cas, us agrairíem que la propera vegada, si és possible, tracteu de no fer coincidir dues activitats de l’AMPA el mateix dia; vosaltres sou els que coneixeu tots els calendaris abans que ningú i podeu ajustar-los. Entenc que el curs dóna prou de sí en nombre de caps de setmana com per que es pugui fer tot. Avisar amb una mica més d’antelació també ajudaria a organitzar-nos i poder ser partícips de més activitats conjuntes (ara que sembla que l’Ajuntament ens fa enquestes per analitzar aquestes qüestions).
Dit això, agrair a la gent que esteu al front de totes les activitats la vostra dedicació i esforç, i que entengueu el comentari simplement com un suggeriment. Soc perfectament conscient que mai plou a gust de tothom!!! 🙂

Hola Oriol,
Em sap greu la coincidència però precisament aquest any l’AMPA ha penjat un calendari on des de principi de curs les familíes poden veure quines activitats hhem organitzat les diferents comissions i poden organitzar-se..i a més entre les comissions mirem molt que no coincideixin les activitats.
D’altre banda cada empresa d’activitats extraescolars ( CET10, MUSICACTIVA,LAZZIGAGS….)organitza les seves sortides, competicions o mostres de fi de curs, que per desgràcia no poden planificar-se amb tan de temps i van sortint….com a vocal d’extraescolars, recolliré la teva sugerència i els hi comunicarem a les empreses que si és posible donar les dates de les activitats amb més temps…tot i que sempre sortiran imprevistos…però ho intentarem.
Aprofito també per dir-vos que tan les mostres de música com les de teatre solen ser per l’últim trimestre, tot i que també els hi demanarem que ens donin les dades quan abans millor!!!!
També hem de pensar que som una escola molt activa, que organitzem moltes i diverses activitats i que aixó és molt positiu, tot i que de vegades aixó ens faci triar entre dues o més activitats…

Com a part de Grup d’Excursions, prenem nota del teu suggeriment, i treballarem per que en el calendari de l’Ampa de l’any que ve, inclogui els calendari de les empreses externes, en la mida que a ells els hi sigui possible programar les seves dates.
Deixa’m que t’expliqui una mica com funcionem a Grup d’excursions.
Nosaltres a principi de curs sempre fem una presentació als pares de l’escola de les nostres activitats que farem durant el curs, on exposem les dates de les excursions, dates que han de respectar el calendari d’altres activitats d’un tarannà similar dins de l’Ampa.
En aquest calendari originalment, cada comissió penjava les seves dates, enguany les dates van ser consensuades en una reunió d’Ampa on cada comissió va plantejar les que ja tenia programades, i és va publicar de cop un sol calendari, el que hi ha al bloc.
La funció de fer aquest calendari són bàsicament dues, la primera com molt bé comenta la Pati, és evitar coincidències entre activitats de comissions. La segona es que les famílies es puguin programar les activitats a participar.
En el nostre cas la sortida a la neu pel dia 16 de gener la vem programar ja al mes d’Octubre. Això no vol dir que les dates siguin invariables, però si que hem de tindre cura abans de canviar una data, ja que es pot donar el cas que alguna família s’hagués reservat aquest dia amb antel.lació per participar de l’excursió.
Per altra banda, heu de tindre en compte que per les nostres sortides, el tema temps és molt important, i precisament per aquest dissabte les condicions per una sortida a la neu, són molt bones. Hi ha neu i previsions de sol!!!.
